- Question: What is the deposit and when is the balance due?
The deposit is 30% of the total and it applies to the balance which is due 60 days prior to arrival.
- Question : What is the cancellation policy and Hurricane Policy?
We have a 60 day cancellation. If you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival, we will refund the deposit minus a $100.00 reservation fee. We give a full refund for MANDATORY hurricane evacuations.
- Question : How far is the Beach and Seaside?
The beach is a couple hundred yards or so from the house. It is an easy walk and there is a cross-walk to make it easier. Seaside is approximately 1 mile from the Bungalows. There is a walking/biking bath all the way there!
- Question : Where is the pool in relation to the house?
The pool is just steps from the house. Very close!
- Question : Do you have internet access?
Yes, we have free wireless internet!
- Question: Do you take checks?
We only take credit cards for the deposit but we accept checks for the balance. We must have a credit card on file for security in the event there are damages.
